We try to make as much of our published information available on our website www.derm.qld.gov.au.

Our publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM). It has been developed to give the community greater access to information as part of the response to the review of Freedom of Information laws. Information is grouped and accessible through seven classes.

Our disclosure log provides access to non-personal information released under the Right to Information Act 2009.

If you are unable to find the information you are searching for you may:

All information contained within the DERM's publication scheme is available free of charge where it can be downloaded from our website or where it can be sent to you electronically by email.

Charges for giving access to information, by providing a black and white photocopy of the document in A4 size is $0.20 for each page. Prescribed fees for regulatory documents, licences and permits still apply.
