Governments, industries, communities and organisations across Queensland need to work in partnership to better understand the impacts of increasing greenhouse gas concentrations and the implications for climate change. Subject	ClimateSmart 2050: Queensland's climate change strategy
Description	ClimateSmart 2050 is the Queensland Government's climate change strategy which sets out the Government's response to climate change, including measures to reduce emissions and prepare for the impacts of climate change. The Strategy is currently being reviewed.

Description	The ClimateSmart Living campaign promotes ways to live sustainably. ClimateSmart Living is all about providing Queenslanders with the information we need to take simple actions to help address climate change, reduce our impact on the planet's resources, and how to be part of a statewide campaign to ensure that our lifestyle survives in a changing climate.

Subject	The Office of Climate Change
Description	The Office of Climate Change comprises specific climate change policy functions and the expertise of the Queensland Climate Change Centre of Excellence (QCCCE). The Office of Climate Change leads the development of a whole-of-government policy framework to meet the climate change challenge.

Description	The Premier's Council on Climate Change is an advisory Council established to ensure Queensland's efforts in addressing climate change are informed by the best available local and national knowledge and experience.

Subject	Queensland Climate Change Centre of Excellence
Description	Queensland Climate Change Centre of Excellence (QCCCE) is a specialist whole-of-government unit based within the Office of Climate Change, Environmental Protection Agency. It provides decision makers throughout Queensland with information and scientific data on climate change and its impact on the community, the economy and the environment.
