Standard conditions of offer and contract
Suppliers of goods and services are advised that the following 'Standard Conditions' shall apply to all purchases made by the Environmental Protection Agency unless specifically advised otherwise in writing.

These Standard Conditions form the terms upon which the Agency invites offers to supply goods and services from potential offerors.

Contract
These Standard Conditions form the terms upon which all non-information and communication technology goods and services will be supplied to the Agency.
- Government
Information Technology Conditions (GITC)
The supply of all information and communication technology (ICT) shall be in accordance with the GITC.
The Queensland Government is a party to the set of common terms and conditions relating to the acquisition of information technology goods and services by government, i.e. the GITC.

It is recommended that suppliers read these conditions before submitting an offer for the supply of goods or services to the Agency.
