Environment guidelines help administering authorities like the Environmental Protection Agency and local government implement the Environmental Protection Act 1994, its associated regulations and environmental protection policies.Guidelines under the Integrated Planning Act have been prepared to assist local governments and applicants under IDAS to understand the new administrative requirements and relationship between the Acts.
